The reason for the meeting is:
Our roof has recently suffered SUBSTANTIAL damage in a storm, resulting in the loss of an entire panel. Upon inspection by the insurance company as well as a second party contractor, it has been determined that the entire roof needs to be replaced immediately to protect our building. Additionally, due to the nature of the damage, we can be liable for any further failures and damages caused by loose sheet metal panels.
It is important that we have the support of our members to move forward with this large undertaking. If any member is not able to be present but would still like to partake, please respond to this post ASAP and we’ll work on setting up a cyber version.
